Lockers are working well with minimal problems. For the security of all packages and residents, any package that is delivered to the racks will be move to the lockers within the same day. We HIGHLY recommend enabling text notifications through the Amazon Hub. You can do this anytime at thehub.amazon.com/resident/home

A reminder that these lockers aren't exclusive to Amazon and can be used by any of the following carriers: Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, Dynamex, LaserShip, LoneStar, and OnTrac.

Food delivered to the building must be picked up at the BACK DOOR or LOBBY. No delivery people are to be buzzed up to the unit. We are trying to limit the number of unknown people roaming the building for security reasons. Noncompliance will resuly in a $100 fine PER OCCURANCE. Also, please do not let vendors in if they are delivering for a different resident. They must be met by the resident of the unit they are delivering to
